In order to configure your emails using Brevo, Loyoly needs to share certain customer information. Here are the details:

  • Telephone number: this property is synchronized if the "Complete your telephone number" mission is activated.

  • Customer's points balance: the customer's points balance, which can be used immediately.

  • Anniversary date: this property is activated if the mission "Indicate your anniversary date" is enabled.

  • Number of customer rewards: represents the total number of rewards the customer has claimed.

  • Number of customer referrals: indicates the number of referrals made by the customer.
