Gorgias helps businesses communicate with customers easily. It streamlines conversations across channels into one place and, with the Loyoly integration, you can make the most out of the Loyalty program by adding the app to your helpdesk.

Benefits

  • View Loyalty data in your customized sidebar to get context on your tickets and deliver an exceptional customer experience:

    • Customer Point balances : Loyoly_Point_Balance

    • Customer Missions count : Loyoly_Missions_Count

    • Customer Rewards count : Loyoly_Rewards_Count

    • Customer Referrals count : Loyoly_Referrals_Count

    • Customer VIP Tier Name : Loyoly_Tiers_name

    • Phone number : Loyoly_Phonenumber

    • Customer Birthdate : Loyoly_Birthdate

  • Use the Loyoly properties as variables, which can be inserted into pre-made responses to populate them with Loyalty data.

Connecting Loyoly with Gorgias

  1. From the Loyoly dasboard, go to Integrations.
