In this article, you will find out how to create and set up a "post a review on a product" mission with Judge.me or Yotpo.

This mission allows users to quickly earn points that they can then exchange for rewards.

Go to the Missions area, where you can create and modify your missions. By clicking on "Create a mission", you will have access to the library of missions. All you have to do is select the mission "Submit a product review".

This action requires that you have linked your account to Judge.me or Yotpo from the Integration area before you can create the mission.

After clicking on Create, you can set up the mission.

Tell your customer to leave a product review

We have established a default standard depending on the level of commitment required by your customers. The aim here is to make the assignment attractive to your customers. The appeal lies in the right adjustment of the points you decide to award.

We suggest you import an image or logo that is representative of your brand.

You can opt to reward your customers even more if the reviews are accompanied by photos or videos.

You can decide how many times an assignment can be validated.

Once an assignment has been completed, it is automatically verified by our algorithms.

Is it possible to retroactivate points for reviews left before Yotpo and Loyoly were integrated?

Points will be counted as soon as the Yotpo or Judge.me integration is added.

What happens if a review is modified or deleted after receiving points?

Points are awarded automatically as soon as the review is published and validated. The user will keep their points if the review is deleted.
