Give your customers points for every review on Judge.me.

Introduction

In this article, we'll look at how you can connect your Judge.me account to Loyoly so that your customers can earn points for leaving a product review.

You can choose to award points multiple times for this action or just once.

📝 Note: The Judge.me app with the Awesome plan must be installed on your Shopify store before starting this process.


How to connect Judge.me to Loyoly

There are two steps to connecting to Judge.me.

1. Log in to Shopify

Then go to :

  • Apps → Judge.me

  • Settings → Integrations → Developers

  • Click on "Show" for the private token and copy it

📝 Note: be sure to copy and paste the private token.

2. Log in to your Loyoly backoffice.

Then go to :

  • Settings → Integrations

  • Click on Connect

  • Copy and paste your API key


Create the Judge.me mission

  1. In the Programs - Missions tab, click on Create a mission.

  2. Select the Judge.me mission from the list.

  3. Set up your mission.

  4. Click on Activate then Publish.

You can choose to offer extra points if the notice includes a photo or video. Then add a limit to the number of times each customer can earn points for leaving a review.

✨ The mission will be validated automatically according to the settings configured on Judge.me.


Frequently asked questions

Will the application award points to all my customers?

Points will be awarded to all customers.

What happens if a review is modified or deleted after I've received points?

Points are awarded automatically as soon as the review is published and validated. Users will keep their points if the review is deleted.

Is it possible to retroactivate points for reviews left before the integration of Judge.me and Loyoly?

No. Points will be counted from the moment the Judge.me integration is added.

How can I track the effectiveness of the Judge.me mission in terms of customer engagement?

In the Programs - Missions tab, you can track mission statistics by clicking on the corresponding icon.
