Introduction
Loyoly now integrates with Prestashop. Follow our guide to install Loyoly.
💡 Integration is only available for versions 1.7.3, then versions 1.7.6+ (1.7.7; 1.7.8; 1.7.9) up to version 8+.
Steps to follow
First, create an account on Loyoly: https://www.loyoly.io/fr/sign-up and keep this window open. In the integrations tab, download the module corresponding to your Prestashop version.
Next, go to Prestashop in Modules - Module manager, then click on Install a module.
Choose the file and install it.
After installation, click on Configuration then Re-generate my Loyoly login.
🚨 Please note that the Loyoly tab must be open during this process.
💡 If a 404 page appears when adding the module :
This indicates that your host does not accept calls to the module.
You must therefore authorize the 'User-Agent': 'Loyoly/Prestashop'.
You can repeat the procedure by adding the module again.
Loyoly is now connected to Prestashop !
Troubleshooting — Broadcast page blocked
If you land on the Communication → Broadcast page in your Loyoly back office and see an error message or the page does not load, the diagnosis is almost always the same: the Prestashop integration is not (or is no longer) connected to your store.
How to check
In Loyoly, go to Settings → Integrations.
Look for the Prestashop row.
If the status shows "Connect", the integration must be reconnected.
How to fix it
Reconnect the Prestashop integration by following steps 1 to 4 above (section Steps to follow).
Allow the
Loyoly/PrestashopUser-Agent on your hosting side if you get a 404 error or if the module installation does not finalize (see the yellow callout above in the installation section).Reload the Communication → Broadcast page in Loyoly. It should display normally.
One last test before contacting support:
Fully clear the Prestashop cache.
Run a test with a customer account that has points (for example, your test account with X points).
Make sure the
.tplfile references the correct Loyoly ID in the module's back office.
🚨 If the Broadcast page is still blocked after these steps, contact Loyoly support via the chat with a screenshot of the error and the exact URL. The technical team will check the API connection on both the Loyoly side and your hosting side.
