Google Sheet Sync settings in LPagery are split into two categories: Global Sync Settings that apply to all syncs and Page Set-Specific Sync Settings that apply to individual page sets. These settings allow you to control how often data is synced, the number of pages synced per batch, and which sync options (create, update, delete) are enabled for each page set.
This feature is available for the LPagery Extended plan and above.

Global Google Sheet Sync Settings
These settings will change the settings for all page sets that have Google Sheet Sync enabled!
How to access global Google Sheet Sync settings:
These settings define the behavior for all Google Sheet syncs across your LPagery setup. You can configure these from the main settings area in the LPagery dashboard.
Sync Interval: Determines how frequently LPagery will sync with your Google Sheets.
Options include: Hourly, Daily, Twice Daily and Weekly
Batch Size: The number of rows processed during each sync cycle. Larger batch sizes will allow more pages to be created or updated per sync.
Example: Setting the batch size to 1000 means LPagery will process up to 1000 rows of data each sync cycle.
Next Sync: Displays the date and time for the next scheduled sync. You can adjust the time between syncs based on the frequency of your data updates.
Sync Mode: Enables or disables the sync globally for all page sets. This is helpful when you need to temporarily pause syncing without changing specific settings for each page set.
Page Set-Specific Sync Settings
These settings will change for only the specific page set you adjust these settings for!
How to access global Google Sheet Sync settings:
Go to "Manage Pages":
Click on the menu icon of the page set you want to enable the Google Sheet Sync for:
Click on "Google Sheet Sync Settings
Adjust the settings
Each page set that uses Google Sheets has its own sync settings, allowing you to fine-tune the behavior for different projects or datasets.
Sync Page Creations: Automatically create new pages when new rows are added to the Google Sheet.
Example: Adding new city names to your Google Sheet will result in new pages for those cities being created automatically.
Sync Page Updates: Update existing pages when data in corresponding rows is modified in the Google Sheet.
Example: Changing service descriptions or locations in the Google Sheet will reflect those changes on the corresponding pages in WordPress.
Sync Page Deletions: Automatically delete pages in WordPress if the corresponding row in the Google Sheet is removed.
Example: Deleting a row for a specific city will remove the corresponding page for that city from your WordPress site.
