If you want to stop syncing your WordPress pages with the data in your Google Sheet, you can easily disable the Google Sheet Sync for any Page Set. Disabling the sync ensures that future changes in your Google Sheet won’t affect the existing pages, but the pages that have already been created will remain live on your site.

How to Disable Google Sheet Sync

  1. Go to "Manage Pages":

    • From the LPagery dashboard, navigate to the Manage Pages section.

  2. Select the Page Set:

    • Find the Page Set for which you want to disable the sync. Click on the menu icon next to the Page Set.

  3. Open Google Sheet Sync Settings:

    • In the dropdown menu, click on Google Sheet Sync Settings.

  4. Disable Google Sheet Sync:

    • Toggle the sync settings to disable the sync. You can do this by switching the Sync Mode to "Disabled" and then click the button "Disable Sheet Sync".

What Happens After Disabling Google Sheet Sync?

Once the Google Sheet Sync is disabled, LPagery will no longer monitor the Google Sheet for changes. This means:

Pages won't be updated: Any changes made to the Google Sheet, such as new rows or modified data, will no longer affect the pages in WordPress.

Existing pages remain live: Pages that were created or updated before disabling the sync will still be live and available on your site. Disabling the sync does not delete any pages.

If needed, you can always re-enable the sync by following the same steps and toggling the settings back to Enabled.
