If LPagery is unable to find your Google Sheet, it is often due to one of the following common issues. Follow these steps to resolve the problem.
Common Issues and Fixes
1. Google Sheet Is Not Shared Properly
Ensure your Google Sheet is shared correctly. If the sheet is private or restricted, LPagery won’t be able to access it.
To fix this:
Open your Google Sheet and click the “Share” button in the top-right corner.
Set the link sharing permissions to “Anyone with the link can view”.
Copy and use this updated link in LPagery.
2. The File Is Actually an XLSX File
If your Google Sheet is saved as an XLSX file, LPagery might not be able to access it.
You can check this by looking for “.XLSX” in the top-left corner of your Google Sheet.
To fix this:
Convert your XLSX file into a regular Google Sheet by going to File > Save as Google Sheets.
By ensuring your Google Sheet is shared correctly and not in XLSX format, LPagery should be able to find and access your file without any issues.
