We're excited to announce a new feature to LTL Select that gives you visibility over all of your FedEx Freight shipments – even those you didn't book within LTL Select!
You can now search for any FedEx Freight shipment using its tracking number.
How it Works:
Enter the full FedEx Freight tracking number into the universal search bar located at the top of your LTL Select dashboard.
Click on the shipment result.
You will then be presented with the "Shipment Details" page.
To add this shipment to your "Other Shipments" for future tracking, click the "Add to Other Shipments" button in the top right corner of the Shipment Details page.
To view your list of "Other Shipments", navigate to the Dashboard.
Click on "Manage Dashboard" and check the "Other Shipments" option.
You will now see this tile at the top of your dashboard page.
To view your added shipments, click the "Other Shipments" tile.
To view the latest tracking information on these shipments, click the "View" button next to the shipment.
