LTL Select now lets you request a FedEx Freight pickup without signing in. The Anonymous Pickup form is the fastest way to get a one-off pickup on the schedule when you don’t have an LTL Select account, or when you simply don’t need to be logged in for a single request.
Tip: Already have an LTL Select account? Sign in before scheduling your pickup. Signed-in users can access features which aren’t available through the anonymous form such as view, edit, and cancel pickups from their dashboard.

How to Request an Anonymous Pickup
Pickup Address
Enter the full address where the shipment will be picked up, including the contact name, company name, and a valid phone number.
2. Pickup Information
Pickup Date: Select the date the shipment will be ready.
Ready/Close Time: Specify the window of time when the shipment will be ready for the driver.
Special Services: Add any necessary accessorials (for example, Liftgate Pickup).
Special Instructions: Add any pickup remarks for the driver (for example, “Use loading dock B” or “Call upon arrival”).
Add an email address if you’d like to receive a pickup request confirmation by email.
3. Shipment Information
Enter the details of the shipment manually:
Country and destination ZIP code
Service type
Total weight
Number of handling units
Package type
Submitting Your Request
Once all required fields are complete, click Submit Pickup Request at the bottom of the page.
If your request is successful, a Successfully sent! A confirmation message will briefly appear on screen.
If anything is missing or invalid, an error message will list exactly what needs to be corrected before you can resubmit.
After a successful submission, your pickup request is sent directly to FedEx Freight on the back end, you’re all set.
What’s Not Included with an Anonymous Pickup
Because the anonymous form isn’t tied to an LTL Select account, a few capabilities aren’t available:
You can’t view or manage the pickup after it’s submitted.
You can’t cancel or edit the pickup from LTL Select.
You will need to call your local pickup service center to make these changes.
You can’t pull shipments from your existing LTL Select shipments, every shipment must be entered manually.
If you need any of those capabilities, sign in to LTL Select and use the standard Request Pickup form instead.
