How do I disconnect from Xero?
Simply head to the Connections tab on Luca and click the 3 dots to reveal the 'Delete' button. You can also delete the Luca app from Xero directly which will also remove the connection. See the screenshot below.
What doesn’t the Luca/Xero integration do?
Luca does not support Sales invoices or the creation of new account codes.
When and how does data sync occur?
Luca will always aim to automatically retrieve the latest Suppliers and Account Codes for invoice extraction and classification purposes when you upload an invoice to ensure all data is fresh and accurate.
Publishing your draft bills to pay to Xero is a manual step and just involves you pressing the 'Publish' button on an invoice page when it is ready to go.
