You can get an estimate on lugg.com/estimate or in the Lugg app before you book — no account required on the website. Just enter your addresses, choose a vehicle, and see a full price breakdown instantly.
On lugg.com
Go to lugg.com/estimate and enter your pickup and drop-off addresses. You can enter them in the map at the top of the page or scroll down to the Understand your estimate tool — either way, your addresses will populate in both places.
From there, choose your vehicle type — Lite, Pickup, Van, XL, or Box — and use the slider to estimate your labor time based on how much you're moving (from a few items up to an average 2-bedroom apartment). The tool will show you a full line-item breakdown: base fare, traveled miles, labor fee, booking fee, and your total estimated price.
In the Lugg app
Enter your pickup and drop-off addresses, then tap the vehicle you'd like to see detailed pricing for. The estimate screen shows the same line-item breakdown — base fare, traveled miles, labor fee, and booking fee — along with an estimated total. Tap Understand your estimate to see even more detail, including the labor time slider to explore pricing for different move sizes. The app also shows what most customers pay for that vehicle type, so you can compare your estimate to the average.
Booking a delivery from a partner store?
If your Lugg is from a partner store, you'll see a fixed rate with no labor time and a Final price notation next to your total. The price you see is the price you pay.
Is the estimate the final price?
