How do I cancel my Lugg?

Cancel your Lugg anytime before your crew is dispatched — no fee. Open the Lugg app or log in at lugg.com, find your booking, and select Cancel Lugg.

You can cancel your Lugg anytime with no cancellation fee. We do ask that you cancel as early as possible, at least before your Luggers are dispatched to your pickup location.

In the Lugg app

Open the Lugg app, select the profile icon in the top left corner, tap My Luggs, select the Lugg you want to cancel, scroll down, and select Cancel Lugg.

On lugg.com

Log in at lugg.com, select My Luggs from the menu in the top right corner, click the Lugg you want to cancel, and select Cancel Lugg in the top right corner.

Will I be charged a fee for canceling?

No — we won't charge you for canceling your Lugg as long as your Luggers have not arrived and started working.

Looking to reschedule instead?

If your selected time doesn't work for you anymore, you can easily reschedule instead of canceling. Tap Edit Truck or Arrival Time on your booking to select a different day or time.
