How do I reschedule or make changes to my Lugg?

Reschedule your Lugg or update your vehicle, stops, promo code, or payment method anytime before your crew is dispatched — on lugg.com or in the Lugg app.

You can make changes to your Lugg anytime before your crew is dispatched. Your updates save immediately.

What you can change

  • Vehicle or arrival time — tap Edit Truck or Arrival Time to switch your vehicle size or pick a different day or time

  • Stops — tap Add Stop to add a new address, then reorder or delete stops as needed

  • Promo code — tap Add promo code to apply a discount

  • Payment method — update your card or payment option from the booking screen

In the Lugg app

Open the Lugg app, tap the profile icon in the top left corner, select My Luggs, then tap the Lugg you want to edit. From there, select the part of your booking you'd like to change.

On lugg.com

Log in at lugg.com, select My Luggs from the menu in the top right corner, and click the Lugg you want to edit. Your editing options will appear on the booking details page.
