For standard Luggs, you're charged by the minute for the work your crew does at each stop. You're never charged for drive time between stops — labor automatically pauses while your Luggers are in transit.
What counts as labor time?
Labor minutes include everything your crew does on site:
Finding parking and accessing your location
Locating and assessing your items
Wrapping and protecting furniture
Loading items onto the truck
Securing items for safe transportation
Unloading and placing items at the drop-off
Basic disassembly and reassembly
Any wait time (for example, waiting for elevator access or a gate to open)
When does the clock start and stop?
Labor time starts automatically when GPS confirms your crew has arrived at each stop. When the work at that stop is done, your Luggers mark it complete — which pauses the clock while they drive to the next location. The clock stops for good once your Luggers mark the final stop as complete.
Does this apply to all Luggs?
Labor minutes apply to standard Luggs. If you booked a partner store delivery, your price is fixed — it's clearly marked as "Final Price" in the app with no labor rate listed.
