Deductions for bundled or discounted services

Understand how bundled or discounted third-party services affect your refund amount.

If your order included free or discounted third-party products, their retail value is deducted from the refundable amount.

This applies even if the main service itself is eligible for a refund.

The idea is simple. Third-party services are billed separately at standard market rates and can’t be refunded once provisioned.

If they were included as a bonus or discount, their value is subtracted before the refund is processed.

What services are affected

This deduction can apply to bundled or discounted items such as:

  • Domain registrations

  • SSL certificates

  • Control panel licenses

If one or more of these were included in your order, their full retail price is deducted first.

How the final refund is calculated

After subtracting the value of any bundled or discounted third-party services, only the remaining eligible amount is refunded.

If the deducted value equals or exceeds the original payment, no refund is issued.
