After accepting your B2B LumiQ invite, these steps will ensure you are on the correct platform experience.
User Onboarding
⚠️ This step is crucial to ensure you are enrolled as a Non-Designated user in the United States to ensure the proper platform experience for earning CPE credits.
After clicking "Agree and Continue," you'll complete a short questionnaire that determines your platform experience. Please follow the instructions carefully.
Click on "Get Started".
Select "Yes, I'm designated" and click on "Next".
Click on "United States of America". Note: even if you live outside of the US, you must fill out the form in this way to avoid compliance issues. Once selected, click on "Next".
Enter your legal name and click on "Next".
You should see CPE VERIFIABLE on the mock-certificate. If you see CPD VERIFIABLE click on "Previous" to back to the Country-Designation and State selection pages. Go back to the beginning of Step 3.
Final step, you should see "Earn CPE with engaging podcasts" as the title. Click on "Explore LumiQ".
