How to Edit Member Information

Admins can update member details directly from the LumiQ Admin Dashboard.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Member Management page: www.app.lumiqlearn.com/member-management

  2. Find the member you want to update and click the pencil icon beside their name

  3. Update the information such as member name or member email

  4. Click Save to confirm your changes.

Your updates will apply right away.

💡 Tip: Use this feature to correct email typos or update a employee's member name if they change it in your company system. This does not change the employee's log in email or their name on their compliance certificates.
