How to Remove Members

Admins can remove members from their company’s LumiQ subscription anytime.

Here’s how:

  1. Find the employee(s) you want to remove by clicking on the checkbox

  2. Select Remove Member on the bottom menu

  3. Confirm the removal when prompted

Once removed, the person will no longer have access to your company’s LumiQ plan.

⚠️ Tip: Removing a member doesn’t delete their learning history. They can still access their LumiQ account using a personal plan if needed.
