What is the Reporting Dashboard?
A view into how your team engages with LumiQ
The dashboard shows how many employees have activated their accounts, how many are active listeners, and how listening behaviour trends over time.
A snapshot of overall listening activity
You can see total episodes listened, listener distribution across your team, and which employees and episodes drive the most engagement.
A tool for tracking learning trends
The dashboard highlights changes month over month, including started episodes and compliance earned episodes.
A way to export your data
Every chart includes a CSV download so you can share or analyze the data more deeply inside your organization.
What is the Reporting Dashboard not?
It is not a compliance tracker
This dashboard does not show compliance certificates, individual compliance completion status, or required completions based on the employee's finance designation and licensure.
It is not subscription management
You will not see:
Credits purchased
Credits consumed
Remaining subscription credits
History of purchased credits
