Reporting Dashboard FAQ

What is the Reporting Dashboard?

A view into how your team engages with LumiQ
The dashboard shows how many employees have activated their accounts, how many are active listeners, and how listening behaviour trends over time.

A snapshot of overall listening activity
You can see episodes engagement, listener distribution across your team, and which employees and episodes drive the most engagement.

A tool for tracking learning trends
The dashboard highlights changes month over month, including started episodes and compliance earned episodes.

A way to export your data
Every chart includes a CSV download so you can share or analyze the data more deeply inside your organization.

What does the date range filter actually capture?

The date range captures any engagement activity during the selected period — including bookmarking, downloading, starting, or earning compliance. It is not a compliance date filter. To see only compliance-earning activity, filter by the date_compliance_earned column after downloading.

Why does my export include rows with no listening progress and no dates?

A row appears in the export whenever a team member engaged with an episode during the period — including passive actions like bookmarking or downloading. These rows will have no listening progress or date columns populated.

Why does a row show a compliance earned date but 0% listening progress?

For CPE users (NASBA), compliance is earned by passing the assessment — listening is recommended but not required. A 0% listening progress alongside a compliance date is valid for CPE users. CPD users (CPA Canada, ICAEW, and others) must complete listening before the assessment.

If you wish to change this for your CPE users, reach out to your CSM about our Anti-Cheating Controls.

Why does listening progress show 99% instead of 100%?

An episode is considered listening-complete at 99% or above. This accounts for minor playback gaps and is the threshold used across all reporting.

What is the Reporting Dashboard not?

It is not a compliance tracker
The dashboard view does not show compliance certificates, individual completion status, or licensure requirements. The CSV export includes compliance dates for reference.

It is not subscription management
You will not see:

  • Credits/hours purchased

  • Credits/hours consumed

  • Remaining subscription credits

  • History of purchased credits
