Navigating LumiQ Reporting

Reporting Dashboard gives you a clear view of how your team is engaging with LumiQ. This article walks you through each section and what the metrics mean.

Understand the report and it's purpose in this article.

Selecting a Date Range

Use the date picker at the top right to choose the period you want to review. All charts, but Accepted Invites and Active Members, will be updated dynamically.

Key Metrics

Accepted Invites

Shows the percentage of invited members who created a LumiQ account and joined your team. Use this to understand how many employees have signed up for LumiQ.

Active Members

Percentage of team members who have listened to LumiQ at any point. A member counts as active if they have listened to a chapter, trailer, or full episode. Earning compliance on an episode is not included in this metric.

Total Episodes Started

The total number of episode started during the selected time period. Earning compliance on an episode is not included in this metric.

You may download the Learning Trend CSV to understand how many episodes employees have earned compliance on.

Listener Distribution

Breakdown of your team by how many episodes they listened (in progress OR completed) to during the selected date range. Earning compliance on an episode is not included in this metric.

Ranges include:

  • 0-1 episode

  • 1-5 episodes

  • 6-10 episodes

  • 10-20 episodes

  • 20+ episodes

Use this to understand how listening is spread across your team and identify groups that need support. A CSV download is available if you need to analyze this distribution further.

Learning Trend

Tracks changes in engagement over time. You will see three metrics:

  • Active Users

  • Started Episodes

  • Compliance-Earned Episodes

This chart helps you spot improvements, trends in listening, and if employees are earn their compliance credits/hours and the impact of your internal engagement efforts. A CSV export is available for deeper reporting.

Top Listeners

Shows the team members and the number of episodes they have engaged with. Engagement includes starting, completing listening, earning compliance, or downloading. Each episode is counted once per team member. Use this to identify and celebrate engaged learners.


You may download the Learning Trend CSV to identify employees who have earned compliance on episodes.

Top Episodes

Shows the episodes your team has engaged with the most during the selected date range. Engagement includes starting, completing listening, earning compliance, or downloading. Each team member is counted once per episode. Use this to understand what content resonates with your team.
