Email Tips

  1. If you attempted to log in with your personal email, try logging in with your work email.

  2. If you attempted to log in with your work email, try logging in with your personal email.

  3. If you have multiple personal emails, you may find it beneficial to try all of them.

Password Tips

Reset your password:

Try sending the reset password to your work email and personal email if you are unsure which is connected to your LumiQ account.

Read our Password Reset article for more details!

Check for Caps Lock or Typo Errors:

Make sure Caps Lock isn’t on and that you’re typing in the correct language/keyboard setting. Minor typos can often lead to repeated login failures even when using the correct password.

Check Your Password Manager:

If you use a password manager, search for the account name. The password manager will likely store the password used previously.

Look for Written Passwords:

Check any notes, planners, or places where you might have jotted down your password.

Check Browser Password Storage:

Many browsers save passwords if you’ve logged in before and have allowed the browser to remember it. You can check saved passwords in the browser settings (e.g., Chrome’s Password Manager).

General Tips

Use a Password Manager:

These tools securely store and autofill your login credentials, helping you manage complex passwords without needing to remember each one. Plus, they can generate strong, unique passwords for added security.

Double-Check Your Email or Username:

Make sure there are no typos or extra spaces in your email address or username. Also, ensure that you are using the correct email address associated with your account.

Ensure Proper Capitalization:

Passwords are case-sensitive, so ensure the capitalization is correct.

Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies:

Sometimes stored data can interfere with the login process. Clearing your browser cache and cookies might help resolve any issues.

Disable Caps Lock:

If your password includes lowercase letters, make sure your Caps Lock is turned off.

Avoid Autofill Issues:

If you use autofill, it might insert incorrect or outdated information. Double-check the filled information to ensure it’s correct.
