Click the Documents tab in the navigation side-bar.
Click “+ Add Document” in the top-right corner of the documents page.
Select the entity whose documents you are uploading.
Select your file(s). You can drag and drop or browse to select.
Review the AI-suggested tag and effective date for each file.
(a) The document tag categorizes the file (e.g., Financial Statement or Compliance Certificate) determines how the document is routed — a correctly tagged financial statement automatically triggers data extraction workflows.
(b) The effective date is the as-of date for the document. For financial statements, this should be the last day of the reporting period (e.g., 01/31/2026 for January financials). For budgets, use the last day of the prior fiscal year (e.g., 12/31/2025 for a 2026 budget).
Click “Save” to confirm the upload. Your file(s) will appear immediately in the Documents tab.
