Here you can read more about the delivery of your Visa card

Once you have ordered your card in the app, we will start the delivery process.

When ordering, your delivery address will be displayed, so please check to ensure it is correct. The delivery address cannot be changed after placing the order.

If your address is outdated in our system, please contact us to update it.

The delivery time is approximately 10 business days. You can view the expected delivery date by tapping on the ordered card under "Cards."

The card is pre-activated, and the digital version can already be used in your digital wallet, MobilePay, and online.


Good to Know

To ensure the postman can deliver the card to your address, it is essential to have the following:

  • Your correct address is registered (your registered address will appear before confirming delivery).

  • Your full name on your mailbox (if it’s not there before delivery, you can simply put up a temporary note).
