If you card has not been delivered yet, it can be because of several reasons.
Typical reasons to why the card has not arrived:
The address registered in your Lunar app is wrong. If this is the case, please follow the guide beneath to have your address updated correctly.
โYour full name is not on the mailbox. To solve this please put a post-it note on your mailbox displaying your full name.
โThe postal service is delayed. This is unfortunately not in our hands, but we will do everything to make sure the card is arriving in your mailbox as fast as possible.
It is the wrong address that is registered in the Lunar app:
If you are not address-protected:
We retrieve your address directly from the Civil Registration System - you can check if your address is registered correctly on Borger.dk. If you have recently changed your address, it may take a few days for your address change to be processed by the municipality, and we receive notification.
If you are address-protected:
When you have name and address protection, we cannot automatically retrieve your information from the Civil Registration System. Therefore, we will have to receive one of the following:
A picture of your latest health card with the correct name and address.. or
A complete printout from the CPR register in PDF format. Click here for a direct link.
In order for us to retrieve this, you will have to first contact our customer support and then we will let you know how this shall be forwarded to us. Our customer support can be contacted either through phone or directly via the Lunar app.
