Your business may have an unlimited number of owners. However, please be aware that the application for the account can only be made by the authorized signatory, who possesses the power to bind the company.
A board of directors may be present, provided that it exclusively consists of the genuine and legal owners.
The owner(s) must reside in and fulfill tax obligations in Denmark.
You are required to maintain an active MitID

🇸🇪 What requirements do you need to meet to open a business account in Sweden?
Applicants must be over 18 years old.
Applicants must have tax residency in Scandinavia.
Applicants must hold a Swedish BankID.
Applicants must operate either a sole proprietorship (enskild firma) or a limited liability company (aktiebolag).
If you have a limited company, the applicant needs to be the ultimate beneficial owner of your company and duly registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) as such (ultimate beneficial owner is defined as someone who owns more than 25 percent of the voting rights or has the right to appoint half of the board)
If you have a sole proprietorship, the applicant needs to be the owner of the company
