We recommend checking the following steps after completing the initial setup.
Creating an account
Create an account in Shopify, and open the easyPoints customer page of that customer. If the page is displayed normally, the customer is successfully imported into easyPoints.
Manually adjust points
In the customer page, please manually add points to your account. By reloading the page, you can see that the points are added to your account balance.
Redeeming / earning points
Create an order in your online store, and check if points can be redeemed without issues. If the point discount is displayed in the checkout page, redemption is successful. Then, fulfill the order you created and check if the points are earned based on the point rule you have set.
Points are usually earned 10~20 minutes after fulfillment. If you have a fulfillment delay setup, the points will stay as pending during that period.
Configure all optional features
Check if all your optional features are displayed and functioning.
