Adjust customer points manually

You can manually adjust the point balance for customers in their point description page.

Add / Subtract Points

You are able to choose if you want to add or subtract points.

Adjusting points

Determine the quantity of points to be moved.

You can input 1 or more points but you cannot insert more than the customer's total points when subtracting points.

Extend expiration dates

Normally manual adjustments to points will not extend the expiration dates for the points.

If you click on the check box for "Extend Expiration Dates", the new expiration dates will be calculated based on the adjustment date.

Type

You can set the type of the manual adjustment. The following options can be selected.

  • Manual

  • Order: Cancelation

  • Order: Fulfillment

  • Order: Refund

  • Order: Shipping refund

  • Order: Shipping

  • Reward: Signup

  • Reward: Birthday

  • Reward: Login

  • Reward: Marketing Opt-in

  • Reward: Referral

  • Reward: Review

  • Point: Expiration

The selected type will show in the point history list, but will still have the manual adjustment icon for specification.

Reason

You can set a reason for your manual adjustment.

This will only be displayed to store staffs so please use it for internal notes.

  • No reason

  • Test allotment

  • System fix

  • Compensation

  • Coupon

  • Expiration

  • Fulfillment

  • Refund

  • Reward

are the available option.

Memo

If a reason is selected, you can also leave a memo.

You can note what ever you want up to 80 letters, and this message can be seem by hover over the icon on the right side of the adjustment history.
