Do you need to sign up to receive the points?

If you are not logged in, you can not use the points.

easyPoints has a function that gives out points to the customers and their email addresses which is mandatory when ordering an item in Shopify. However, to use the points, a sign up is required.

When placing an order, customers are required to enter their email address. The point information in easyPoints is associated with this email address, which leads to the accumulation of points.

What happens if you sign up after checkout?

If you sign up to the page with the same email address used for checkout, the total points will be combined and displayed on your account. It is also possible to add an account from the “customer” menu in Shopify. The expiration dates for the points are the same for registered and unregistered accounts, so please be aware.

About expiration dates

Once the order fulfillment status becomes "shipped" and the points are received, the expiration dates will be applied to all of the points in the customer's possession. All points have the same expiration dates and are collectively updated and do not have individual expiration dates. If you make a new purchase and earn points or manually receive points, the expiration period for all points, including past accumulated points, will be updated.
