What can I import?
The information you can import are listed below.

CSV import can only reward points to existing customers. If you wish to create new accounts, please first import the customer info through Shopify.
Please make sure no capitals are used in customer emails.
How to import the information
By importing the CSV file that contains the contents listed above, you can bulk adjust points.
Download the template file
Access the "CSV" tab in the easyPoints admin, and download the template file.
Enter the required data
Enter the emails and point amounts, and the expiration extension if necessary.
Import the file
Drag the file into the "Add file" box and click "Start import". The import will be added into the list displaying it's progress and a file containing all errors.
Import status and errors
When an import is finished, the import date and numbers of imported rows and errored rows will be displayed as a list.
you can download the error CSV file to view all errors and it's reasons.
Email was not entered, or had a uppercase letter (easyPoints cannot handle upper case letters in emails)
Encoding was invalid (needs to be UTF-8)
Header was incorrect
Deducted more than the customer had
