What Is a Thread?
A Thread is a separate version of your consult note where you can:
Translate it into another language
Reformat using a different template
Create a simplified or client-friendly summary
Your original note stays unchanged, and you can switch between versions at any time.
How to Start a Thread
Click the '+' Plus button above your consult notes.
Choose one of the following:
Create a new thread – to run a new AI instruction (e.g., translate, rewrite)
Apply new template – to reformat using a different note structure

In the message box, type:
"Translate to French"(or any language)A translated version will appear—you can toggle between it and the original
