To clear site data in your web browser, follow these steps. Clearing site data can help resolve login issues, improve website functionality, and address other browser-related problems.
Google Chrome
Open Chrome.
Click the three dots in the upper right corner.
Select Settings.
Scroll down and click on Privacy and security.
Click Clear browsing data.
In the dialog box, change the Time range dropdown to All time.
Go to the Advanced tab.
Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
Click Clear data.
Mozilla Firefox
Open Firefox.
Click the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner.
Go to Settings.
Click on Privacy & Security.
Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data.
Click Clear Data.
Ensure both Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content are checked.
Click Clear.
Microsoft Edge
Open Edge.
Click the three dots in the upper right corner.
Select Settings.
Click on Privacy, search, and services.
Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
Set the Time range to All time.
Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
Click Clear now.
Safari (Mac)
Open Safari.
In the menu bar, click Safari, then select Preferences (or Settings in newer versions).
Go to the Privacy tab.
Click Manage Website Data.
Click Remove All, then confirm.
After clearing data, try opening a private browsing window to see if the issue persists:
On most browsers: Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows/Linux) or Command+Shift+N (macOS).
Using an Incognito or Private Window
If you're still experiencing issues after clearing your site data, try opening the website in a private browsing window. This can help rule out issues caused by extensions, cookies, or stored cache.
How to open a private window:
Google Chrome & Microsoft Edge:
Menu > New Incognito Window / New InPrivate Window
Shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows/Linux) or Command+Shift+N (Mac)
Mozilla Firefox:
Menu > New Private Window
Shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+P (Windows/Linux) or Command+Shift+P (Mac)
Safari (Mac):
Menu > File > New Private Window
