Org Admins who have SSO enabled via EdLink can now control which MagicSchool tools are available at each school site in the organization.
Available in: Enterprise
Why use site-based sharing?
Site-based sharing gives Org Admins precise control over tool rollouts across the district. As an Org admin, you can enable (or disable) tools for specific schools when they're ready, such as piloting new tools at select sites or tailoring tool access by grade level (elementary, middle, or high school).
How to manage site-based access
As an Org Admin, you can enable or disable any MagicSchool tool per site:
Navigate to Tool Access in your admin settings
Look for the Site Access column next to each tool
Click to open the Site Access modal where you can:
Search and select specific schools
Use "Select all" or "Deselect all" for bulk changes
Confirm your changes
What teachers see
Teachers only see tools that are enabled for their specific school site, plus any tools enabled organization-wide.
Availability
Site-based tool sharing is available for organizations with sites enabled via Edlink. Sites are automatically created and synced through your district's Edlink connection.
