If your fee isn’t being added to the order, check these common issues:
Make sure the fee is listed on the Fees page in the app.
Check that the app embed block is enabled in your theme settings.
If the fee uses custom conditions, confirm the settings match your product. All values are case sensitive.
Double-check that the Product Type, Option Name, and Option Value in your fee settings match the product details.
Remove any extra apps that may conflict with Magical Product Fees, such as bundle apps, other fee apps, or upsell apps.
If your fee still isn’t being added after these checks, contact our support team for further help.
