The steps to decline an offer depend on which version of Make an Offer you are using. Please follow the instructions for your version below.
Latest Version (V2+):
Click the Offers link in the app navigation menu to go to the offers page.
Click an offer in the list to open it.
Click the Decline button.
Edit the email subject or message if you want to personalize your response.
Click Send to decline the offer and notify the customer.

Legacy Version (V1):
In the Make an Offer admin section, click Offers.
Find the offer you want to decline.
Click the Decline button. This will send an email to the customer letting them know their offer was declined. You can add a message to the email before sending it.
