The steps to accept an offer depend on which version of Make an Offer you are using. Follow the instructions below for your version.
Latest Version (V2+):
Click the Offers link in the app navigation menu to go to the Offers page.
Click the Review filter at the top to see all requests needing your attention.
Click an offers in the list to open it.
Click the Accept button.
Edit the email subject or message if you want to personalize your response.
Click Send to accept the offer and notify the customer.

Legacy Version (V1):
In the Make an Offer admin section, click Offers.
Find the offer you want to accept.
Click the Accept button. This will send an email to the customer letting them know their offer was accepted, along with a checkout link.
