You can personalize the emails your customers receive when you accept, decline, or counter an offer. The steps are a little different depending on your app version.

Latest Version (V2+):

  1. Click the Notifications link in the app navigation menu to go to the Notifications page.

  2. There are four templates that can be edited Accepted, Declined, Countered or Countered (open).

  3. Update the email subject and email body as needed. Dynamic content like REQUEST ID, SHOP NAME, and CHECKOUT URL will be replaced with the correct information when the email is sent.

  4. Make sure the email body includes the CHECKOUT URL variable so the customer can complete their order.

  5. Click Save.

Legacy Version (V1):

  1. In the Make an Offer admin section, click Setup.

  2. Select the Email Copies tab.

  3. Here you can customize all of the email templates. If you have the resources, you can also use the advanced CSS option to further style your emails.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.

For both versions when Accepting, Declining or Countering an offer in the app admin you will be able to customize the message before you send to the customer.
