The way plans and transaction fees work depends on which version of Make an Offer you are using. See below for how to switch plans and what fees to expect.

Latest Version (V2+):

You can choose a plan based on your sales volume to get the best rate:

  • Free to install:
Only 1% fee when you get paid. No sales? No fee. Best for stores selling under $2,000/month.

  • Growth Plan – $9/month:
Only 0.5% fee per sale. No fee if you don’t sell. Designed for stores selling $2,000–$20,000/month.

  • Power Plan – $199/month or $999/year:
Flat rate, no per-order fees. Best for stores selling $20,000+/month that want the lowest cost.

To switch plans:

  1. Click the Settings link in the app navigation menu.

  2. Click Change plan to view your current plan and other options.

  3. Click Choose Pro or Choose Power to upgrade your plan.

  4. Review the new subscription details and click Approve.

Legacy Version (V1):

Transaction fees are charged as a percentage of any sale completed through Make an Offer. The percentage depends on your plan:

  • Starter plan: 2.99%

  • Pro: 1.99%

  • Power: 0.99%

Fees are only charged if the sale originated from the Make an Offer app and the customer completes their purchase.

If you’d like to upgrade to the latest version of Make an Offer for better rates or more features, contact our support team and we’ll help you switch for free.

Please note that some features in the old app may not be available in the new version, which is why pricing is different.
