How you activate the Make an Offer button depends on which version of the app you are using.
Latest Version (V2+):
From the app home screen, click the Create rule button.
Enter a title for your offer and set up your offer settings.
Click Save to enable the Make an Offer button on your store.

Legacy Version (V1):
In the Make an Offer admin section, click Setup.
Choose the Incentive Configuration tab.
Under Step 1 – Product page options, enable the Make an Offer button using the Button (Mobile and Desktop) option toggle.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
