Can I View Customer Notes in the Offer Request Dashboard with Make an Offer?

You won’t see customer notes directly in the offer request dashboard. To read any notes a customer has left, simply click on the specific offer. This will open the offer details page, where you’ll find any notes or messages the customer included with their request.
