Stats Tab: View and Recommend Standards

The Stats tab gives teachers a centralized view of assignment performance by standard, making it easier to identify learning gaps and recommend targeted practice.

What You Can View

The Stats tab allows teachers to:

  • review assignment performance by standard

  • identify standards students struggled with

  • monitor class-wide understanding

  • recommend targeted practice directly from assignment results

If a class has a grade level assigned, the Stats tab will display standards aligned to that grade.
If no grade is assigned, the tab will display the skills-based view instead.

Stats Tab Views

The Stats tab includes two ways to review performance data.

Overview View

The Overview provides a high-level summary of how the class performed across standards.

Teachers can quickly identify:

  • strengths

  • learning gaps

  • standards needing additional review

Expanded View

The Expanded view provides a more detailed breakdown of:

  • individual standards

  • student performance within each standard

  • mastery and struggle patterns across the class

This helps teachers make more targeted instructional decisions.

How to Recommend Standards

  1. Open an assignment.

  2. Click the Stats tab.

  3. Select the standard you want to recommend.

  4. Choose which students should receive the recommendation.

Teachers can also select:

  • Recommend All

This automatically sends recommendations for all missed standards to students who did not demonstrate success.

Why Teachers Use the Stats Tab

Teachers commonly use the Stats tab to:

  • identify standards needing reteaching

  • assign targeted practice quickly

  • support intervention and differentiation

  • monitor standards-based progress

  • connect assignment performance directly to follow-up learning

Because recommendations can be sent directly from assignment data, teachers can respond to student needs more efficiently.
