Assignment Counts

Within District Assignments, each status tab displays the total number of assignments currently in that list.

This makes it easy to see at a glance how many District Assignments are:

  • Unpublished

  • Available

  • Archived

Participation Metrics

For District Assignments that teachers can access, you'll also see participation metrics for students and classes.

These percentages show how broadly the District Assignments in that list are being used across the district.

Student Participation

A student is counted as participating once they have submitted at least one solution on a District Assignment included in the list.

The percentage represents the proportion of students who have participated in at least one of those assignments.

Class Participation

Class participation shows the percentage of classes that have participated in the District Assignments included in the list.

Archived Assignments

Participation metrics are also available under the Archived tab, allowing you to

reference participation even after District Assignments are no longer active.

Using These Metrics

These metrics provide a quick way to monitor District Assignment usage without opening individual assignments.

Use them to:

  • Get a high-level view of participation across the district

  • See how many students and classes are engaging with District Assignments

  • Compare participation across assignment statuses

  • Identify when additional communication or support may be helpful to increase participation
