If you accidentally signed up as a teacher:
Let your teacher know.
Ask your teacher to contact the Magma support team through the in-app chat.
Your teacher should provide your email address or username.
Once the incorrect account is removed, you can create the correct student account.
For Teachers
If a student accidentally created a teacher account:
Open the Magma chat support.
Send us the student’s:
email address, or
username
Our team will remove the incorrect account so the student can sign up properly.
