The Help Queue is designed to make it easier for you, as a teacher, to see which pupils need help with the assignment they're working on.
You can find the Help Queue in the top right corner under the Assignment tab.
When pupils need help, you’ll see a red circle with a number inside it above the icon of a person raising their hand. The number indicates how many pupils need help. If you click on it, you’ll see a list of the pupils who need help, as well as the assignment and problem they’re working on.
If you click Show, you'll be taken directly to the problem the pupil is working on, where you can view the solutions and/or answers they’ve submitted so far.
