Where to Find the Help Queue
You’ll find the Help Queue in the top-right corner of your screen under the Assignment tab. Look for the icon of a hand being raised.
How It Works
When a pupil asks for help, a red circle with a number will appear over the icon.
The number tells you how many pupils are currently requesting assistance.
Click the icon to view:
The names of pupils who need help
The assignment and specific problem they’re working on
Responding to a pupil
Click Show next to a pupil's name to jump directly to their problem. From there, you can:
👀 View their submitted solutions or answers so far
💬 Provide support and guidance right when they need it
What Pupils See
When pupils request help, they’ll see confirmation on their screen, so they know their teacher is aware and ready to assist.
