For Pupils:
If you’ve set up a teacher account by mistake:
Let your teacher know right away.
Your teacher can contact us via the Magma chat with your email or username.
We’ll delete the teacher account so you can create the correct pupil account.
For Teachers:
If a pupil accidentally created a teacher account:
Send us a message in the Magma chat with the pupil’s email or username.
We’ll remove the incorrect account so the pupil can sign up properly.
