My login is not working

Not able to login, not able to view mailboxes

If you can't log in to your Maildoso account, these are the most common causes and how to fix them.

Check the email address first

  • Make sure you're using the same email address you used when you purchased. Your account is tied to that email.

  • Browsers sometimes auto-fill a different saved email, which quietly causes a failed login — clear the field and type the correct address yourself.

Are you using the right sign-in method?

There are two ways to sign in: "Sign in with Google", or an email + password. If your account was created with Google sign-in, there may be no password set yet — and vice versa. If one method isn't working, try the other, and make sure the Google account you're using matches your account email. Full details: Changing how you sign in: Google sign-in vs. password login.

  • To set or reset a password, use the password-reset option on the login screen for your account email.

Older accounts and username logins

Some early accounts signed in with a username rather than an email. If that applies to you, or you need to move your account to a new email address, see Changing your account login email (and legacy username logins).
