If a message doesn't appear in your Master Inbox, check the points below before raising a request — most cases are expected behaviour rather than a problem.
What we intentionally don't forward
Automated / bot replies such as out-of-office messages and other auto-responses are not forwarded to the Master Inbox.
Verification codes and OTPs from mailboxes are not forwarded to the Master Inbox, for security reasons.
Other common reasons a message seems "missing"
Warmup emails. These are meant to be hidden from your Master Inbox by a warmup filter. If they're showing (or your real mail seems buried among them), set a warmup filter — see Warmup Filters.
Google Workspace mailboxes. The Master Inbox is for SMTP mailboxes only (your
@maildoso.emailaddress). Google Workspace replies don't route to it — read them in your sequencer's unified inbox or via an external forwarding address. See Forwarding Addresses / Master Inbox.
If a genuine, manual reply from a real person still didn't reach your Master Inbox, contact us with the sending mailbox and the approximate time it was sent, and we'll look into it.
