You set a forwarding address from your dashboard: select the mailboxes (use the checkbox on the left, or the top checkbox to select all), click Bulk Actions, then choose Change Forwarding Address.
SMTP mailboxes
SMTP mailboxes forward to your Maildoso Master Inbox (your @maildoso.email address). The Master Inbox supports SMTP mailboxes only. SMTP mailboxes cannot forward to an external (non-Maildoso) address. To actually read what lands there, connect the Master Inbox to an email app — see Using your Master Inbox and connecting mailboxes to an email app — or watch the walkthrough in How to connect and view Master Inbox emails?, which also explains which address your replies send from.
Google Workspace mailboxes
Google Workspace mailboxes do not use the Maildoso Master Inbox. Instead, set an external forwarding address — any non-Maildoso mailbox — using the same Bulk Actions → Change Forwarding Address flow. You can also simply use your sequencer's unified inbox to read Google Workspace replies.
Getting replies into your personal Gmail / Outlook
The Master Inbox can't forward directly to a personal inbox as a built-in feature. The reliable workaround is to connect your Maildoso Master Inbox in Outlook and create an Outlook rule that forwards incoming mail to your personal address. For the full picture on routing replies to a personal inbox for both SMTP and Google Workspace mailboxes, see Can I forward my replies to my personal Gmail or Outlook?
If forwarded mail lands in spam in Gmail (Gmail treats this as B2C), add the Master Inbox address to your Gmail allow-list and mark the messages as "Not spam" — placement corrects quickly after that.
