Warmup filters keep your warmup emails out of your Master Inbox, so it stays clean and only shows real replies.
How to set them up
Open the Master Inbox page from the left navigation.
Click Set Up Warmup Filters (under "Recommended").
Find the warmup tool you use and click Activate on its tile, then follow the prompt to set the warmup tag. Once active, the tile shows Edit and Disable instead.
Supported warmup tools
You'll find ready-made filters for tools including Instantly, Smartlead, TrulyInbox, Allegrow, Super Send, Manyreach, Mailivery, Lemwarm, and Nureply. If your tool isn't listed, choose Custom filters and add the relevant warmup tag manually.
If warmup emails still slip through
This is almost always a tag mismatch. Use a single, consistent warmup tag: set one warmup tag in your sequencer (via its Bulk Actions), then mirror that exact tag here under Set Up Warmup Filters.
